2nd Shift Press Operator
Pay: $16.00/hour + $2.00/hour Shift Premium
Location: Elkhart, IN
Hours: Training on 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM). After training, regular schedule is 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
Pro Resources is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Press Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will operate and maintain printing press equipment, monitor print quality, complete routine machine maintenance, and ensure production meets quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate printing press equipment
- Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues
- Maintain accurate production records
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow company safety policies and quality standards
- Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Qualifications:
- Previous printing or manufacturing experience preferred (Flexographic experience is a plus)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read work orders and follow instructions
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
