Pro Resources has partnered with a local fabricator of I-Beams in Columbia City, and we're looking for a Plasma Cutter Operator!
Hours:
2nd Shift: 3pm – 11pm
Pay:
$20/hour
Job Description:
The employee will be cutting steel beams with a plasma cutting machine for a local steel business.
Essential Functions
- Must be willing to work outside in the elements
- Utilize crane to load and unload I-Beams
- Work as part of the team
- Follow all company rules and policies
- Follow all safety rules
- Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
Qualifications
- Machine Operation experience required
- Steel cutting experience required
- Plasma cutting experience preferred
- Ability to understand and comply with quality & safety standards
- Ability to lift and manipulate up to 50lbs
- Ability to perform simple math
- HSD/GED Preferred
