Shift and Compensation
- 7-4PM M-F (Some Weekends)
Job Duties
- Oversee all activities of the positions listed above to include:
- Must have good effective communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with both internal/external customers.
- Interviewing and Hiring of new shop floor personnel.
- Conduct daily morning Safety Meeting/Training sessions.
- Oversite of all required EHS Safety training.
- Maintain an organized production flow in the plant to include housekeeping.
- Consistently enforce all Safety, Attendance, and General Work rule policies.
- Must have problem solving skills.
- Must have conflict resolution skills.
- Will need to be flexible on work schedule. Work until the job is done attitude.
- Work closely with Senior Site Manager on CAPEX budgets, manning levels, Safety, Quality and Productivity.
- Take responsibility of the site when the Senior Site Manager is offsite.
