Shift and Compensation
- Monday-Friday 8-5 PM
- Compensation is from $47,840 USD to $52,000 USD per year
Job Duties
Process and support weekly/biweekly payroll activities
Maintain and update employee payroll records and HR files
Assist with employee onboarding and paperwork
Provide support with timekeeping, attendance tracking, and payroll adjustments
Help respond to employee payroll and HR-related questions in a professional manner
Assist HR with administrative tasks and reporting as needed
Utilize Excel to manage payroll data, reports, and tracking
Background Profile
Previous payroll experience required
Strong Excel skills required
Experience with ADP is a plus
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Friendly, professional communication style
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
