Office Manager (Part time)
Pay: $20.00/hr
Hours: 8am-2pm Monday through Friday
Job Description:
1. File new purchase orders in numerical order in the appropriate file/folder
2. Attach/highlight closed out items on open PO’s as they are shipped
3. File all closed work orders by the end of each week.
4. Create new print folders as needed.
5. Invoice in a timely manner.
6. Print out financials including Income, balance, AR and AP reports for all companies at the end of the month
7. Pull open invoices as payments are received.
8. Pull open payables as checks are written
Requirements:
QuickBooks, Office, Word, and Excel experience
Office Management experience
Experience with purchase orders, AR, and AP report experience
