Location: Columbia City, IN (Hybrid Remote)
Pay: $25–$29/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities
Source and engage potential candidates for skilled trade and support roles
Post and manage job openings on multiple job boards
Review resumes and screen candidates for qualifications and fit
Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the process
Collaborate with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles
Assist with onboarding tasks such as welcome materials and first-day logistics
Maintain applicant tracking data and ensure accurate documentation
