Part-Time Office Assistant (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Decatur, IN
Pay: $19.00/hr
Schedule: ~23 hours/week
Pro Resources is hiring a Part-Time Office Assistant for a well-established company in Decatur, IN. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a consistent weekday schedule and the potential for long-term employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and take messages as needed
- Greet visitors, vendors, contractors, and job applicants
- Distribute applications and assist with aptitude testing when supporting HR
- File and maintain organized records
- Scan bills and documents into job folders
- Run company errands as needed
- Support general office functions and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
- Basic QuickBooks knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Schedule:
- Tuesday & Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Approximately 23 hours per week
Additional Requirements:
- Steel toe safety shoes required
