Position Summary
We are seeking motivated and dependable Order Pullers/Warehouse Team Members to join our warehouse team. This is a direct hire opportunity with a company that values teamwork, reliability, and a positive work environment.
This is a versatile warehouse position where team members assist with a variety of warehouse operations as needed. Approximately 90% of the role is dedicated to pulling customer orders, while the remaining responsibilities involve supporting overall warehouse functions. Team members report directly to the Warehouse Manager and Assistant Warehouse Manager.
Order Puller / Warehouse Team Member
Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (typically working until 5:30 PM–6:00 PM)
- Average of 45–48 hours per week
- No weekend work
Responsibilities
- Pull and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive incoming freight and verify shipments
- Put away inventory and stock warehouse shelves
- Stage, wrap, and prepare materials for shipment
- Load and unload trucks safely
- Assist customers with order pickups
- Operate forklifts (training may be provided)
- Ship small parcel orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
- Climb stair ladders as needed
- Lift, push, and pull materials throughout the shift
- Complete additional warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Previous forklift experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read labels, identify products, and follow instructions
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, bend, climb, and stand throughout the workday
- Steel-toe boots required
