Job Description

Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
Pay: $16.00/hour
Location: Whitestown, IN

A global manufacturer of precise drive solutions, intelligent connector systems, and innovative mobility components used across automotive and industrial markets—where reliability is essential.
What You’ll Do
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment following work instructions and SOPs.
  • Create shipping labels and process outbound shipments via UPS and FedEx Ground.
  • Safely handle cartons ranging from 1–85 lbs; stage pallets for pickup.
  • Operate a forklift(Sit-down/Stand-up) at times to move, load, or stage materials (training available).
  • Keep your area organized and follow all safety policies.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
What You Bring
  • Experience in picking/packing, shipping/receiving, or general warehouse work.
  • Basic computer skills for shipping portals and documentation.
  • Reliable attendance, strong attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to lift up to 85 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
