Job Duties
-Quality management system adherence
-Maintain excellent standards for housekeeping (clean equipment and floor in work area)
-Adhering to plascontrol and gravimetrics procedures
-Printers and vacuum systems - housekeeping and operator maintenance
-Stage Equipment and resin
-Stock each required material to respective lines per work order
-Enter data relating to resin and production into computer system
-Monitor cleanliness of filters and upkeep and replace cleaner or filter daily as needed
-Anticipate job changes and assist line operators and technicians at change over with stringing the line, pulling plastic and other tasks as necessary
-Assist in training new Finished Product Packers
-Provide break coverage for Finished Product Packers - see duties and responsibilities of FPP
Background Profile
-Pass background check
-Pass a skills test with 80% or higher
-Diploma/GED preferred
