- 8:00am-8:00pm
- 2-2-3 rotation
Job Duties| Work safely adhering to established safety procedures |
| Quality management system adherence |
| Attendance - be present for scheduled hours and required meetings |
| Maintain excellent standards for housekeeping (clean equipment and floor in work area) |
| Responsible for following Lock Out Tag Out procedures |
| Accountable for first piece approvals |
| Adhering to plascontrol and gravimetrics procedures |
| Printers and vacuum systems - housekeeping and operator maintenance |
| Change all process blades per customer specifications and QMS |
| Stage Equipment |
| Stage Resin |
| Ability to work in a collaborative team environment |
| Stock each required material to respective lines per work order |
| Enter data relating to resin and production into computer system |
| Monitor cleanliness of filters and upkeep and replace cleaner or filter daily as needed |
| Anticipate job changes and assist line operators and technicians at change over with stringing the line, pulling plastic and other tasks as necessary |
| Communicate with team members |
| Work with maintenance on issues with the line |
| Understand characteristics of resins and additives |
| Assist in training new Finished Product Packers |
| Provide break coverage for Finished Product Packers - see duties and responsibilities of FPP |
| Other duties as assigned |
Background Profile- Pass background check
- Pass a skills test with 80% or higher
- Diploma/GED preferred
