As the Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing all manufacturing operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring high standards in quality, safety, and performance. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team and make a significant impact from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all plant operations, ensuring productivity and profitability.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce costs.
Develop and oversee manufacturing plans and production schedules.

Manage staffing levels and labor costs while meeting production goals.

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
