OEM Technical Sales
Dalton, GA 30721
We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Representative that excels under pressure and has strong relationships within the Recreation Vehicle (RV) industry. The proven candidate will play a key role in advancing our new customer accounts and generating revenue. The candidate must be personable, willing to stand out and self-motivated in qualifying prospects and closing sales.
This position will be working remotely. As such, candidate must be able to manage his or her time effectively serving both customers and company interests. Reseach, education and technical knowledge are preferred as we see lead sales members as educators and experts, reliable resources for customers helping them sell more products through the inclusion of our product.
First point of contact for new OEM customers and disenfranchised accounts through inbound leads; outbound calls and emails.
Qualify and develop new sales opportunities routing, as necessary, to sales executives.
Efficiently and effectively handle client requests from initial contact through the order process to final shipment.
Expert in product knowledge and sales-related responsibilities.
Close sales and meet new account expectations.
Maintain sales reports.
Help build internal culture to reflect external brand.
10+ years of sales experience
5+ years of RV industry experience
Proven record of closing
Current rolodex of relevant RV industry contacts
Excels in verbal and written communication
Able to prioritize, multitask and manage time
Proficient in computer systems and operation
College degree (BS/BA or equivalent) preferred
Previous carpet industry experience a plus
