Shift and Compensation
- 3rd Shift
- Pay : $38.55/ hour
Job Duties
- Adhere to IATF16949 work instructions
- Adhere to ISO14001 work instructions and training
- Read and follow all job related work instructions.
- Observe & follow all safety procedures and guidelines when performing work to avoid injury to self and other employees
- Daily inspections of plant and machinery specifically bearings, gear reducers, belts, couplings, and alignment and repair of same including completion of daily check list
- Rebuild equipment as needed
- Maintain shot blasts and associated equipment (Dust Collectors etc.)
- Make necessary building repairs
- Install new equipment as needed
- Fabricate from wood or steel any new or replacement equipment from design drawings or instruction
- Ability to weld and do layout work as well as torch cutting
- Provide own tools (personal hand tools)
- Repair yard cranes (except electrical)
- Must have ability to complete rigging tasks
- Must have basic computer skills for work order entry and completion
- Must be able to obtain a forklift and/or man-lift licenses from safety department
Background Profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Candidate must have at a minimum a Journeyman Card or 6 years of practical Maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility
