TMF Center produces component parts for manufacturers of off-highway construction equipment, the mining industry, and heavy-duty trucking. TMF’s customers demand world-class processes and systems to support those products. They also require pricing that will compete on a global scale. To meet their needs, TMF must have the right equipment and the best staff operating in a favorable business climate within the community.
Job Duties:
Applying and removing tape or plugs to steel parts to protect select areas from being painted.
Check’s part for thorough and even paint coats.
Clocks on jobs and parts accurately to notify office personnel of part status.
Shows up to work in a timely manner and remaining at work until the mandatory hours have been met.
Cleans area while not performing other job functions.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Wears all required PPE
Practices safe work habits
Maintains clean, clutter-free work areas
Essential Functions:
Must be willing and able to use air tools
Fast Paced, standing most of the day
Ability to lift at least 50lbs while standing/bending/twisting for a minimum of 8 hrs
Must be willing to adhere to the overtime if needed
Must pass pre-employment drug screen
Must pass pre-employment background check
Steel-Toes required
