Manufacturing/Assembly Associate - 1st Shift
Pro Resources has partnered with a local outdoor fireplace manufacturer, and we are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing/Assembly Associates to support daily operations. This role is responsible for assembly and inspection of all manufactured parts in the warehouse.
Hours:
8:30am - 4:30pm M-F
**Hours may vary with increased needs**
Pay:
$18 to start, but may increase with performance
Key Responsibilities:
- Using hand tools to tighten screws, nuts, and bolts
- Drilling holes into metal
- Using a rivet gun
- Cutting metal with a chop saw
- Connecting wires according to drawings/instructions
- Installing terminals on wires
- Loading items in cardboard boxes
- Maintain an organized and clean work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Read and understand written instructions
- Read and understand prints and technical drawings
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Great communication skills
Physical Requirements:
- Regular lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Ability to bend, climb, and walk throughout the shift
