Shift and Compensation
- 2nd and 3rd Shift
- Pay dependent upon experience
Job Duties
- • Provide Maintenance support to both CNC machine lines
• Complete PMs and thoroughly clean-up work area after
• Adherer to all safety requirements on CNC machines
• Work with CNC machine mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics
• Read and troubleshoot using schematics
• Troubleshoot, lube and grease systems
Background Profile
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience working on CNC machines and processes
- Minimum education: HS diploma or GED
- Must successfully pass post offer drug test and background check
- Must be able to interpret blueprints
- Good oral and written communication skill
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must work effectively with others
- Experience in an automotive industry preferred
- Ability to work any shift to cover for absences or vacation is expected
- Ability to work within a small team or independently
- Shift flexibility and willingness to attend off-site training .
- Strong mechanical analytical problem solving ability
- Experience with Fanuc, Siemens and Okuma controls is a plus
- ROBOTICS knowledge a plus
