Maintenance Technician – 3rd Shift
Location: Reynolds, IN
Pay: $26/hr
Temp-to-Hire | 3rd Shift: 11:00pm–7:30am, OT as needed
Pro Resources is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing manufacturing facility in Reynolds, IN. This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.
This is a 3rd shift position working 11:00pm–7:30am and offers long-term potential with a company that values safety, quality, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair work on mechanical, electrical, and production equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and complete corrective repairs
- Assist with preventive maintenance scheduling and documentation
- Maintain tools, parts inventory, and maintenance records
- Support facility upkeep including equipment, building, and grounds maintenance
- Perform predictive diagnostics on operational equipment
- Follow all safety, food safety, and maintenance procedures
- Help maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–4 years of maintenance experience preferred
- Experience working with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or production equipment
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and prints
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Experience with grain handling or packaging equipment is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required

- Must be comfortable working around moving machinery, loud environments, and industrial equipment
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
