Job Duties
- Performs typical routine and preventative maintenance tasks of equipment and facilities.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment and facilities.
- Develop and maintain facility and equipment documentation.
- Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Must have regular attendance.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean work areas.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Diagnose problems, repair or replace parts, test and make adjustments.
- Perform such skills such as electrical repairs, PLC and HMI Programming, and machine installation.
Background Profile
- High School Diploma or GED; 2 years trade school and /or 4+ years related experience.
- Demonstrate ability with hand tools, multimeter, computer skills, and troubleshooting ability.
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
