Job Description

Pro Resources is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a client in Fort Wayne, IN. In this role, you will support daily operations by troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, assisting with facility, equipment, and safety-related projects, and performing preventive maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and extend asset life. Shift and Compensation 
  • 3rd Shift 2-2-3 Schedule 6PM-6AM
  • Compensation is from 52,000 USD to 60,320 USD per year + Shift Premium 
Job Duties
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC and other automated control systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems, overhaul production machinery and build experimental
  • Provides troubleshooting support for manufacturing equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot motor/drive controller issues
  • Support internal projects
Background Profile
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant mechanical experience
  • Relevant experience includes the following:
    1. Troubleshooting and/or maintenance of industrial motors or motor controls
    2. Metal Fabrication (Welding, Machining etc.)
    3. Troubleshooting and/or maintenance of HVAC, chiller, pump, and air compressor systems
    4. Troubleshooting and/or maintenance of large industrial mechanical / electro-mechanical equipment
  • Troubleshooting and/or maintenance of pneumatic and / or hydraulic systems
