Maintenance Technician – Direct Hire Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a high-volume manufacturing facility. This company has been in business for over 30 years and employs approximately 80 associates across multiple shifts.
Compensation:
Starting around $30.00/hr, based on experience and knowledge. Additional shift premium and eligibility for attendance and quality bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment through preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues by observing machines in operation.
- Dismantle and replace defective parts as needed.
- Recommend equipment improvements to enhance efficiency, capability, and yield.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in both electrical and mechanical maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills on the production floor.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Proactive mindset, strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team.
