Maintenance Technician – Direct Hire | 3rd Shift

Position Highlights:
Direct Hire with long-term opportunity
Clean, high-volume production facility
No weekends or mandatory OT

Schedule:
Training: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (approx. 3 months)
Regular Shift: 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Mon–Fri
Pay & Benefits:
Starting around $30/hr based on experience
+$1.50/hr 3rd shift premium
Performance bonuses – up to $5,000/year

What You’ll Be Doing:
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
Perform routine and preventative maintenance
Identify and resolve equipment issues quickly and safely
Recommend improvements to reduce downtime and increase efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of maintenance experience (mechanical and/or electrical)
Previous work in a factory, plant, or mechanical environment
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Must be looking for a long-term home—not just a job
Must live within 35 minutes of Berne, IN – reliable commute required
Steady work history preferred (frequent job-hopping may disqualify)
