Pro Resources is seeking a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician for a client in Goodland, IN. Maintenance Technicians perform maintenance and repairs on machines and plants. They check the performance of machinery, clean and lubricate them, perform basic diagnostics, and test damaged machine parts to determine whether major repairs are necessary. Apply today!

1st Shift- 6:00am-4:30pm, Flexible
Pay-$18-22/hr based on experience

Job Duties
Performs electrical, plumbing or mechanical troubleshooting skills to repair building related items.
Dismantles, adjusts, and repairs assemblies according to prints.
Uses diagnostic equipment.
Responsible for PM program for all presses.
Able to operate a full range of shop equipment tooling and machinery.
Able to read and interpret schematics and other drawings.
Responsible for items related to building maintenance.
Proficient with welding and using cutting tools.
Able to use diagnostic tools.
Orders repair parts from vendors.
Keeps work areas clean.
Perform all duties in a safe manner and follows all work rules.
Any other duties determined by management.
Able to differentiate between colors, hues, and shades.
Background Profile
2+ years of Maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
High School Diploma or GED
Hydraulics/pneumatics and troubleshooting skills
VERY mechanically inclined- older equipment, no manuals!
Must be proficient at reading a ruler and distinguish colors
Must have own tools and have the ability to operate diagnostic tools and testing equipment
Forklift certified a plus
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen
