Target Salary: $60-70k per year
Pro Resources is partnering with a growing filtration company opening a new location in Lebanon, IN! They’re looking for an experienced hands-on Maintenance Tech to help keep their operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and respond to equipment issues
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, or electrical problems
- Conduct and document preventative maintenance
- Handle general building upkeep and inspections
- Assist with light fabrication and automation projects
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in a light industrial setting
- Skilled with power tools, pneumatic systems, and building maintenance
- Strong safety awareness around machinery and equipment
Ideal Candidate Traits:
- Physically capable of standing, lifting, and moving throughout the day
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- A team player who communicates well and takes initiative
