Job Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Mechanic for a direct hire opportunity in Kokomo! Job Duties
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on stationary and mobile equipment malfunctions.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
- Perform needed facility repairs
- Assist with installation of utilities and equipment.
- Comply with all safety requirements
Background Profile
- Previous experience in diesel mechanics and heavy equipment repair.
- Previous crane, forklift repair experience
- Proficient in schematics, hydraulics and pneumatic diagrams, blueprints
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Must be able to operate maintenance vehicles and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Extensive experience in three phase and single phase electrical repairs.
- Arc welding with stick and mig abilities.
- Solid understanding of PLCs
