Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 annually

Pro Resources is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a direct hire opportunity with a leading manufacturer in the filtration industry. This role will support the launch and ongoing operations of a brand-new manufacturing facility. If you have experience in plant maintenance and enjoy building systems from the ground up, this is a great opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all maintenance activities for a new facility and ensure equipment is production-ready
Lead installation and startup of machinery and equipment
Develop preventive maintenance programs and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
Build and manage a skilled maintenance team
Ensure compliance with safety standards and coordinate with operations and engineering
Track maintenance metrics, manage vendors, and control department budgets
Qualifications:
5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing
Experience with facility startups or new equipment installations preferred
Strong background in mechanical, electrical, and automation systems
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Technical training or degree preferred
