Job Description

Pro Resources is seeking 1st Shift Manual Machinists for a client in Fort Wayne, IN. We are looking for motivated manual machinists to become a member of our team. We are a locally owned and operated business with a history of providing high quality machine and equipment repairs for the tri-state area. The ideal candidate would be self-motivated, able to work with little supervision, and able to complete various projects either independently or as a part of a team. Apply today!

Shift and Compensation
  • 1st Shift 7AM-3:30 PM
  • $15-30/hr

Job Duties
  • Setup and run Manual Lathes and Mills
  • Read blueprints, sketches, and drawings to determine dimensions and tolerances

Background Profile
  • At least 2 years’ experience running manual lathes and mills
  • Able to read and interpret various prints
  • Able to observe machine operation to detect out of tolerance machine and adjust accordingly
  • Valid driver's license
  • Able to work in various environments
  • Able to work overtime as needed
  • Able to pass a drug screen
