Now Hiring Machine Setup Technician
Location: Rome City, Indiana
Shift: Monday through Thursday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay: $18.00 per hour

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with machine setup or production equipment experience who enjoys troubleshooting, making adjustments, and ensuring equipment runs efficiently. Job Responsibilities
Set up production equipment for scheduled jobs
Install and adjust tooling, applicators, and dies
Perform tooling and die changes to support production
Troubleshoot machine issues and make adjustments as needed
Read and follow work instructions, specifications, and setup documentation
Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify quality and machine settings
Enter and adjust machine settings using basic computer systems
Monitor equipment to ensure quality and production standards are met
Follow all safety procedures including lockout tagout requirements
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work closely with production and quality teams to keep operations running efficiently
Qualifications
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Previous machine setup, tooling change, die change, or production equipment experience
Experience using calipers, micrometers, or similar measuring tools
Basic computer skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow written work instructions and specifications
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work around production machinery
Wire processing, crimping press, or molding experience is a plus but not required
Candidates with transferable machine setup experience are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided on company specific equipment.
