Job Title: Machine Operator/Production Worker
Salary: $16.00 per hour for all shifts.
Shifts: 6-7 days a week required.
1st 6am-2pm
2nd 2pm-10pm
3rd 10pm-6am

Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery to produce high-quality products in a timely manner.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and adjustments as needed.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols in a fast-paced production environment.
- Monitor production output and ensure product quality through visual inspections.
- Load and unload materials, sometimes weighing up to 50 pounds. A hoist is mainly used to lift the products.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work 7 days a week.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds continuously throughout your shift.
- Ability to pass drug screen and submit to background checks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Solid work ethic and commitment to punctuality.
- You will need to wear steel toe boots.
