Job Description:
We are looking for top notch mechanically inclined machine operators that are dedicated to producing high quality parts. Must be flexible and able to work without supervision. Attention to detail is a must for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate a variety of thread rolling and/or heading machines.
- Select proper dies according to job instructions.
- Perform die changes and perform tooling adjustments.
- Work with Engineering and or maintenance to resolve specific machine, tooling, setup problems.
- Observe procedures to ensure efficiency and comply with safety standards.
- Monitor any product that doesn’t meet blueprint requirements.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
- Experience reading blueprints
- Fluent use of micrometers/calipers.
- Ability to read, write and calculate basic mathematics.
- High School Degree or equivalent.
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand and bend within a 12-hour shift.
- Must pass physical, Background and drug screen.
Job Type: Full-time | M-F | 12 Hr. shift -
