We are looking for top notch mechanically inclined machine operators that are dedicated to producing high quality parts. Must be flexible and able to work without supervision. Attention to detail is a must for this position.
Schedule:
Monday -Thursday 6am-6pm
Pay: $18
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate a variety of thread rolling and/or heading machines.
Select proper dies according to job instructions.
Perform die changes and perform tooling adjustments.
Work with Engineering and or maintenance to resolve specific machine, tooling, setup problems.
Observe procedures to ensure efficiency and comply with safety standards.
Monitor any product that doesn’t meet blueprint requirements.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
Experience reading blueprints
Fluent use of micrometers/calipers.
Ability to read, write and calculate basic mathematics.
