3rd Shift Machine Operator Positions:
Welding
Hours:
11pm - 7:30am (Must train on first shift 7:00 am - 3:30 pm) (training lasts 2/3 months)
May be required to work OT
Pay:
$18.75 + $1.50 shift premium
$1 attendance bonus for working 40 hours/wk.
Direct hire after 90 days with pay increase, based on performance
Welding Operator Job Duties:
- Machine set-up, operation, troubleshoot, adjustments, and/or minor repairs.
- Set-up and operates single and/or multiple machines to produce quality products.
- Preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, forklift operation & machine repair.
- Quality Control & Production Reporting.
- Extensive training program.
