Kaizen Coordinator – Direct Hire
Location: Lebanon, IN
Pay: $25.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift (Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm)

Pro Resources is excited to be recruiting for a Kaizen Coordinator at a brand-new facility launch in Lebanon, IN! This is a direct hire opportunity with a growing company that values continuous improvement, teamwork, and innovation.

Responsibilities
Lead, organize, and coordinate lean/kaizen improvement efforts in production areas
Plan and document kaizen events within the operation
Collect and facilitate improvement project ideas from production associates
Research and implement solutions to eliminate waste and improve processes
Provide quality and process training to employees in alignment with company standards
Support a zero-defect culture with audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Promote 5S, Visual Management, and lean practices on the shop floor
Collaborate with leadership to align lean projects with business goals
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Lean or Six Sigma White Belt preferred
2+ years of lean/kaizen or continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of 5S, Visual Management, Kaizen, APQP, Lean, and Quality Management Systems
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work across shifts as needed
