Japanese Family/Facility Liaison

ROLE
Support Japanese associates, their families and the facility. Comply with all company safety, quality and environmental standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Liaison and support for Japanese associates and their families. Support includes but is not limited to relocating needs, doctor appointments, school activities, English tutoring, etc
2. Manage the maintenance needs of company owned vehicles
3. Manage the maintenance needs of company owned houses and leased apartments
4. Manage the company s landscaping and snow removal needs
5. Comply with departmental continuous improvement activities
6. Promote and ensure conformance to the companies TS 16949 procedures(Work Standards, Regulations, Quality Manual)
7. Promote and ensure conformance to the companies ISO 14001 procedures.(Recycling, Reducing Waste)
8. Promote and ensure a safe, clean, harassment free, working environment. Comply with department 5C activities
9. Effectively communicate with management, direct supervisor and associates
10. Additional projects assigned by management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

1. High school diploma

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
1. Excellent verbal, writing and reading skills in Japanese and English
2. Computer experience
3. Good communication skills
4. Good listening skills
5. Good problem solving skills
