JOB DESCRIPTION
This position ensures the quality of products through assessment and analyses, using specific procedural standards for integrity.
- Performs visual inspections of company products to determine conformance with specifications.
- Utilizes visual standards and functional gauges.
- Processes associated documentation, including routings, process tags, rework tags and nonconforming material documents.
- Works under direct supervision and in accordance with instructions and techniques.
- Capable of loading and operating inspection equipment as needed.

- Occasional overtime may be required.
Work Environment
- This job requires work to be performed in a shop environment. There may be exposure to any number of elements but with none present to the extent of being disagreeable.
Physical Demands

- This position requires light physical effort. Continuous mental and visual attention required.
- The job may be performed while sitting or standing. The employee must be able to lift to 40 pounds repetitively.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Eyesight correctable to 20/20 required.
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 6:00am -2:30pm. Occasional overtime hours may be required.
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Employee will receive orientation and inspection training from the company
- Employee may receive training in general safety, environmental requirements, and quality system awareness.
