Shift and Compensation
- Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30 PM
- $17-20/hr
Job Duties
- Waiting on walk in customers
- Answering questions about products
- Pulling small orders and giving to customers
- Inputting orders into the computer
- Taking customer phone calls
- Answering questions about products as well as cross selling over the phone
- Taking orders over the phone
- Sending out product info and quotes
- Calling on current customers and leads from trade shows
- Assisting the outside sales force
- Putting in orders from customers
- Trouble shooting issues that might arise with logistics
- Filling in for outside salesmen when sick or on vacation
- Working on price sheets and quotes
- Packing and unpacking trade show material
- Working tradeshows
- Working on warranty and returned products
Background Profile
- Experience in jobs with electrical wholesalers
- Experience as an electrician or in an electrical shop
- College experience in electrical engineering or any type of electrical
- Experience with lighting companies
- Sales experience in the RV/Cargo manufacturing department
- Experience in the manufacturing of cargo or RV electrical or plumbing
- Experience at hardware stores in the electrical, lighting, or plumbing departments
