Injection Molding Process Technician – 1st Shift

Pro Resources has partnered with a company that designs, creates, and assembles surgical/medical kits that improve patient lives worldwide. We’re looking for a skilled Injection Molding Process Technician to join our team and help us deliver high-quality, life-saving products.
What You’ll Do
- Set up, operate, and optimize injection molding machines for tight-tolerance medical components.
- Troubleshoot processes to ensure consistent quality and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams on new product launches and improvements.
- Maintain accurate process documentation and comply with FDA, ISO 13485, and GMP standards.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years injection molding processing experience (medical device or regulated industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of thermoplastics, tooling, and scientific molding principles.
- Hands-on troubleshooting and process optimization skills.
- Familiarity with quality standards in a regulated manufacturing environment.
*HS Diploma or GED REQUIRED*
