Pro Resources is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity with a growing industrial facility in Indianapolis, IN. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for maintaining equipment and facility operations in a small, team-oriented environment.
Pay & Schedule
- $55,000-$60,000 annually, based on experience
- Salaried, non-exempt (eligible for overtime pay)
- 2nd shift position (1st shift training required)

What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate maintenance activities to keep equipment and facility operations running efficiently
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Perform welding and torch work as needed
- Maintain maintenance records, enter data, and create electronic purchase orders
- Coordinate repairs and projects with outside contractors
- Perform facility maintenance, including electrical, painting, and carpentry repairs
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company procedures
- Work with a variety of industrial equipment in both indoor and outdoor environments
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous industrial maintenance experience required
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Competent welder and torch operator
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems
- Willingness to work flexible hours when business needs require
