Pro Resources is hiring for a CNC Machine Operator in Williamsport, IN. This facility produces high‑quality steel components for off‑highway construction, mining, and heavy‑duty trucking industries.
Job Duties:
Operate CNC machinery to produce parts that strictly conform to blueprints and specs
Change tooling and perform basic machine setup required for daily production
Clean and maintain machines during downtime
Inspect parts using Quality Department‑approved tools to verify print accuracy
Clock jobs and parts accurately to keep office personnel informed of workflow status
Follow instructions from shop travelers, blueprints, and equipment manuals
Maintain paperwork and production logs per procedure
Report equipment issues to a supervisor or lead promptly
Perform other assigned duties as needed
Uses light guards, emergency stops, etc. for safe machine operation.
Uses measuring tools (calipers, tape, protractor and square) to ensure product accuracy
Essential Functions:
Ability to lift at least 50lbs while standing/bending/twisting for a minimum of 8 hrs.
Must be willing to adhere to the overtime if needed.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
Must pass pre-employment background check.
Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, etc.)
Ability to read Blue-Prints
Steel-Toes required
