Pro Resources is recruiting for a Shipping Coordinator in Williamsport, IN. This company produces high‑quality steel components for off‑highway construction, mining, and heavy‑duty trucking industries.
Job Requirements:
Coordinate daily outbound shipments: schedule carriers, stage finished parts, and arrange pickups
Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, manifests, and carrier paperwork
Accurately record shipment details into computer-based shipping systems
Communicate with production, planning, and quality teams to ensure parts are ready and correct for shipping
Track shipments and proactively manage any delays or discrepancies
Perform cycle counts and maintain shipping/packing material inventories
Maintain clean, safe, and organized dock and staging areas
Operate forklift or pallet jack as needed, with certification
Support inbound receiving and related logistics tasks when required
Assist with special projects or cross-training in other departments as needed
Sends out all UPS Shipments as required – next day air, tracking, processing, etc.
Essential Functions:
Ability to lift at least 50lbs while standing/bending/twisting for a minimum of 8 hrs.
Must be willing to adhere to the overtime if needed.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
Must pass pre-employment background check.
