Job Description

Position: Door Assembly
Hours: Monday – Friday (Possible OT on Saturday, Never Sunday)
Winter Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Labor Day – Memorial Day)
Summer Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Memorial Day – Labor Day)
Pay: $17.00/hour
Location: Walkerton, IN
 
Pro Resources is partnering with a growing manufacturer in Walkerton, IN that specializes in high-quality agricultural doors. We’re currently hiring reliable, hands-on individuals for a Door Assembly role. If you enjoy working with tools and seeing a finished product at the end of your day, this could be a great fit.
 
What You’ll Do:
• Assemble agricultural doors using hand and power tools
• Install windows and components into door frames
• Operate equipment such as screw guns, staplers, and rivet guns
• Move materials using a pallet jack
• Perform heavy lifting as part of the assembly process
• Maintain production pace to meet daily efficiency goals
 
Tools & Equipment Used:
• Screw Gun & Air/Electric Drills
• Pop Rivet Gun
• Stapler
• Pallet Jack
• Speedy Packer
 
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience using hand and power tools (especially screw guns)
• Ability to safely lift and handle large doors
• Comfort working in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to meet productivity standards
