Production Assembly Supervisor – Noble County
Position Summary
We are seeking a Production Assembly Supervisor to support day-to-day production assembly operations. This role is responsible for ensuring production goals are met efficiently, safely, and with high quality. Candidates should have assembly experience and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
This is a day shift position in Noble County with pay being evaluated individually based on prior experience. Bilingual candidates are a plus.
Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating daily activities of the assembly team, assigning work to meet production schedules, monitoring output and quality, resolving production issues, coaching and developing team members, maintaining a safe and organized work area, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Required qualifications include three or more years of experience in manufacturing or production assembly, prior supervisory or team lead experience, knowledge of assembly processes and workflows, ability to follow assembly instructions and drawings, and strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred experience includes supervising mechanical or electromechanical assembly teams, familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement, and experience with ERP or production tracking systems.
This position requires the ability to work on the production floor for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and occasionally provide hands-on assembly assistance. The role reports to the Operations Manager and supervises production assembly employees.
