Job Description

Shipping & Receiving Clerk
$18–$20/hr | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Rome City, IN

We’re looking for a reliable Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our warehouse team. In this full-time role, you’ll be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Pack, label, and ship orders accurately
  • Receive deliveries and inspect for damage/discrepancies
  • Update inventory records and conduct cycle counts
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
  • Drive box truck for local deliveries as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk throughout shift
  • Familiarity with inventory systems a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
