Shift and Compensation
- 1st Shift Monday-Friday 5 AM-2 PM
- Compensation is from 60,320 USD to 66,560 USD per year
Job Duties
Repair, maintain, and build patterns for casting production
Safely operate a variety of hand tools and power tools
Work in high-heat environments as needed
Follow detailed work instructions and adhere to all safety procedures
Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management
Utilize LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) practices
Manage time effectively and make sound decisions on the job
Work occasional weekends as production requires
Background Profile
Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally more
Strong understanding of required PPE and proper usage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid judgment, decision-making, and attention to detail
Ability to read and follow work instructions
3+ years of pattern repair experience or relevant experience (as determined by the company)
Ability to pass a written or practical skills test with a 75% or higher
