Job Duties
Operate and maintain heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems (boilers, burners, wall heating units, air circulation systems).
Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues.
Complete maintenance work orders as directed.
Maintain and account for all tools, trucks, and equipment.
Keep all tools in good working condition.
Perform routine service on trucks and tractors, including oil checks.
Comply with IOSHA and AHERA safety standards.
Recommend supply and equipment needs to the Maintenance Director.
Remove snow from walkways, playgrounds, and parking lots.
Continue professional development and training.
Assist with cleaning tasks
Background Profile
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Ability to interpret and apply equipment maintenance manuals.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Commitment to safety and high-quality standards.
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate maintenance vehicles/equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
