INDUSTRIAL CUSTODIAN
Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning buildings, sanitizing, removing debris and keeping areas neat and clean.
Essential Functions
- Sanitize common areas using disinfectant.
- Vacuum, sweep and mop floors.
- Clean windows and mirrors.
- Clean and supply restrooms.
- Collect and dispose of trash.
- Keep inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Highschool diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
- Ability to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
- Ability to work in a team and embrace a team culture.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate with a team.
