CNC Machinist – Direct Hire
Location: Marion, IN
Pay: $27 – $31/hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
Pro Resources is hiring a CNC Machinist for a direct hire opportunity with a well-established company in Marion, IN. This position offers stable, long-term employment, competitive pay, and excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines for precision part production
- Perform part/tool setups, operation, and final inspections
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Troubleshoot and edit CNC programs (G-code) as needed
- Use micrometers, indicators, and other inspection tools properly
- Ensure machines run according to safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience
- Ability to translate technical drawings into accurate parts
- Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Good math and computer skills
- Team player with a solid work ethic and communication skills
- Experience with Fanuc and Haas controls is a plus
