Shifts Available: 2nd Shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM) | or 3rd Shift (10:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
Pay: $24.00 – $36.51/hr + shift premiums
- 5% shift premium on 2nd shift
- 7.5% shift premium on 3rd shift

Responsibilities
- Maintain, rework, and fabricate dies and tools for production requirements.
- Perform changeovers and ensure tooling is operating to specifications.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and other departments.
- Evaluate and repair dies to meet part specifications.
- Read blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Operate tool room equipment and precision measuring instruments.
- Participate in continuous improvement and follow all safety/quality guidelines.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience with tool and die troubleshooting and repair.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
- Experience with tool room machinery (mills, grinders, drill presses, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
