Position Type: Full-Time (1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
Pay- $14 to $16 an hour
Position Summary
The Lamination Associate is responsible for rolling out laminated raw materials and forming them into the shape of molds. This role ensures all products are void of air in the laminate and assists with moving molds along the production line. Secondary responsibilities include maintaining tools and equipment, cleaning the lamination area, and supporting other production areas as needed.
Essential Functions
Roll out wet laminate onto mold surfaces
Ensure materials form correctly to the shape of molds
Eliminate all air voids during the roll-out process
Clean and maintain tools and equipment
Push molds to move along the production line
Assist with cleaning and maintaining the lamination area
Support other departments when needed to roll out additional parts
Work production line with consistent speed and accuracy
Strive to increase productivity and efficiency without sacrificing quality
Collaborate with team members to meet quotas and goals
Follow all written and verbal instructions
Comply with all safety guidelines, including required PPE, and report concerns to management
Maintain a positive and professional attitude
Work overtime, including weekends, as required

Physical Requirements
Frequently push fiberglass parts weighing up to 100 lbs and move them up to 40 feet
Frequently position self around molds of various sizes and heights to roll out parts
Frequently feel wet laminate to detect air voids
Continuously grasp and operate rollers to apply laminated raw materials onto parts
Working Conditions
Exposure to extreme indoor temperatures, fumes, dust, and loud noise
Must consistently follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE
