Shift: 10pm-6am
Pay: $14-$16 based on experience
Essential Functions:
- Cleans (wiping down) the mold
- Scrapes the edges of the part flanges
- Applies wax to flanges of the part required for the next production process- gel coating.
- Assists in pushing molds into / out of the gel coat area.
- Ensure the production requirements and standards are met consistently
- Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work cooperatively with a team to meet quotas and goals
- Observe all safety guidelines, including required PPE (protective personnel equipment) and report safety concerns to management
- Follow all written and verbal instructions
- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
- Able to work overtime, including weekends if necessary
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to remain stationary 100% of the time.
- Moderate lifting/pushing ability up to 50lbs without assistance.
- Frequently able to position self around mold to prepare it to build the part.
- Frequently grasp buffing cloths, scrapers, air hose and compounds to prepare the mold.
Working Conditions:
- This position is exposed to changing indoor temperatures, fumes, dust and loud noises.
